I recently bought this dress from 42lolita, and realised I do not like the high waist effect on me personally although the print is very adorable. Just want to help it find a loving home!
Features: non detachable front bow, non detachable criss-cross shoulder straps (it can also be tied halter style or tucked into the dress), non detachable waist tie (back), adjustable shoulder straps (3 buttons), full back shirring. 
The fabric is fairly thick, there is no concern with sheerness so you can comfortably wear what you'd like underneath. 
The colour is a pure white with mauvey pink/purple bow accents.
This is size large with listed measurements of maximum bust 100cm, length 92cm. As it is super high waisted, waist measurement is free. For reference I am a size 14 UK with 98cm bust and had no issue fitting into the dress but did feel it was likely intended for smaller chest sizes.
