Is the gold a shiny gold or matte gold? Also. Shipping to USA, NH 03104

Hi strawberryiriomote, the edges are more of a metallic shiny gold. The print is more of a yellow. For untracked, it's $11.50 USD but with tracking it's $19.50 USD. Estimated to arrive in 6 business days.
