It's 46 cm long and the waist is fully shirred. It's able to fit a 101 cm waist and the max may be 104 cm.

My waist is 101 cm and while this does fit, I measured it and it's around 4 inches shorter than my shortest skirts. I'm 5' 3" and this comes almost 4 inches above my knees. I could wear it with my smallest petticoat and an under or overskirt, but I thought it'd be best to see if anyone short and stout could find a better use for it.
