Fun red and gold jsk from Infanta with all-over playing card print.
Looks like it belongs to the Queen of Hearts from Alice in Wonderland!
Dress is in overall good used condition. It is wrinkled, the tassels are very slightly frayed, and the dress has been washed once, giving the white parts of the print a pale pink tone to them - fairly even and not extremely noticeable. (see pics)
