While I do look at items for obvious flaws, there is always the possibility that I missed something. I can't be held responsible for lost, missing, or stolen packages after I've shipped the item & sent you the tracking number. I'm going to ask for a large amount up front for international shipping, then refund you whatever amount is leftover (with photos of the receipt as proof).
