Beige blouse from Bodyline in the size 2L (But in my opinion it fits like a medium or small). Bought it second-hand, but only tried it on. There are a few loose threads and the buttonholes are kinda weird, but I think that's just how the blouse came originally.
I think that the blouse in the reference link is this one with sleeves.
