I made this out of a cut-up bridal petticoat when I first started being a Lolita, because I simply could not afford a real petticoat. Here I am, selling it. It is in decent shape, but to get that real cupcake shape, you gotta roll up the rim (see what i did there)
Otherwise, it's decent, and holds some puff.
