I purchased this second hand but never wore it myself.  I have looked it over and I did not find any signs of wear or stains. It is missing the ribbon that goes on the back unshirred panel and there is no bow pin (although it does not appear that all releases came with one).  The elastic is still good and does not seem to be overly stretched.  It does have the waist ties.  All the lace and the back bustle is white with no yellowing or discoloration.
