Sleeves are very short, looks great under a jsk with the neckline ruffle!
Bust: ~85cm to 120cm max
Waist: 72cm to 105cm
I suggest being at least 10cm under max if wearing in skirt coord for best appearance of shirring. Also, busty folks: be mindful of the babydoll/high waist cut. The neckline is shirred so the blouse length is adjustable, but having it sit too low exposes a bit of chest. Definitely better for <110cm busts if you plan to feature in a coord.
