Jane Marple Sweet&Cool Skirt
Like new, delightful ice cream parfait print. And also has pockets. There is a little bit of shirring in the back but not much. The waist goes up to 71cm. I had trouble finding the right lolibrary link, but it is the Sweet&Cool skirt from the 2017 collection.
