Bought second hand, worn a few times by me. In great condition, even though it's most likely an older design. Has the Shirley Temple tag inside, but it's size 160 (suitable for adults also). No lining or waist ties (by design), but made out of heavy jacquard fabric.Neck ties are not detachable.
