Very cute tartan JSK from the secondary brand from ETC, Shirley Temple. I think I'm its third owner, it has a lot of worns but it's still  in very good condition. Perfect for a more casual look. The fabric is thick and perfect for cold weather. The skirt volume is for a small petticoat. Recommended for a size M, but here are the measurements: 

Bust: no more than 93cms
Waist: no more than 75cms
Length: 92cms
