Perfect for a simple country coord. Purchased used off Wunderwelt and worn a couple times by me.
It is competely made of cotton with no lining, making it easily wrinkle but perfect for hot weather.

I don't have exact measurements, but the back shirring makes it more large-bust-accommodating than you would expect from this brand. Fits my ~94cm bust pretty comfortably, but it sits higher on the waist than a typical high-waist JSK. I am 168cm (5'5") tall and think it would fit better on someone shorter. The full dress length is 84cm (33").
