Selling as I'm not a fan of cutsew OPs! But it is very warm and comfortable :)

Size is 160cm - I'm 161cm and it fits very comfortably, ends up around just at the knee. I've never tried it with a full petticoat, but with a little one, it's really quite cute and casual!

Damage:

1. Top button is missing... easy fix, but I'll leave it up to the buyer!
2. The buttons are all sort of sad looking/scuffed/peeling... I'd advise swapping them all out, I think the lacquer on them just degraded over time. (check last image)
3. Overall feeling of wear 
4. Wrinkled lace --  it tends to scrunch like this after washing, it can be ironed or steamed, of course.

Measurements (amateur measurements -- fabric has a little stretch, but I'm not sure how it'll feel at measurements much bigger than this, so please use your judgement)

Bust : approx. 83cm 
Waist : approx. 73-74cm
