good condition. Not on a headband, has hair clip and ties

 I got this in a lot and never wore it. I don't know how many times the previous owner wore it, but it in very good condition.
the white is slightly off-white and the bow has thin wiring in it, so you can adjust it. it is a very thick, full bow :)
the bow is on a hair comb so its more like a barrette. It also has ribbons to secure the bow as well, the ribbons are very long,  about 2 feet.

also, there is one tinnie tiny pull in the thread (see pictures) but it is not noticeable at all, unless you are super up close,specifically looking for it.

I do have pets, they are never near my clothes or accessories, but a few hairs may manage to cling to certain fabrics. checking this bow over, I didn't really see any hairs, and I will lint roll all items before sending them out. I just thought I should mention it just in case, and also in case of allergies.
