Tried on once over blouse and leggings. Tags intact. This was at one point my dream dress but I'm selling because the high-waist cut just doesn't suit me. Absolutely gorgeous, soft and comfortable jsk with shining vertical stripes woven into the fabric. Celestial motifs adorn the lace, buttons, and charms, with a gorgeous lavender/pink marine print throughout. Soft tulle sewed-in overskirt gives this a princess look.

It's a spacious jsk that is absolutely dreamy to touch. I couldn't find manufacturer's measurements but below are my amateur measurements:
Bust across: 15 - 18 inches flat (will snugly fit another inch or so)
Low bust/high waist across: 14 - 17 inches flat
