Sheglit Victorian Frill Blouse
Beautiful black blouse from Sheglit. Features fabric buttons, buttoned cuffs, high neckline, frills, and waist tie that can also be used as a necktie. Has subtle black velvet accents, which seems to be from an older version of this blouse (it has been produced many times over the years) and pin-striping which is different from the more modern style currently made.
