Sheglit Tulle OP
Beautiful tulle OP from Sheglit. A rich cyan fabric overlaid with black tulle, hemmed with delicate black lace. A gorgeous jewel tone that is unusual to see; the original list calls it “Emerald Blue”. Generous back shirring for flexibility of fit, a ruched bust that gives a flattering effect, and delicate cap sleeves trimmed with elastic lace. Side entry zipper. Looks lovely layered over a blouse or worn as an OP.
