Bought new from the store, never worn by me.
It is quite short so better worn under a highwaist skirt, JSK, OP. The bottom frill is a little wrinkled due to storage but there is no damage to the item. The fabric is comfortable and good for summer.
Bust i believe can go to 100 max. Waist about 90cm max. Arm opening has elastic but its hard elastic so if stretched is quite strong and uncomfortable for people with bigger arms.
