This is the Shadow Stripe Lace OP from Sheglit. I purchased this from closetchld and there are no flaws that I can find.
The OP has a scoop neckline and cap sleeves. There is a separate sash you can tie around the waist. The waist has shirring all the way around it, the bust does not have shirring. There is a smallish built in petticoat.
Lolibrary says the minimum waist is 66cm. The dress fits me snugly at 106cm bust and 96cm waist so I don't think it would fit too much more than that.
