This garment was originally purchased from Wunderwelt, as a part of a two piece set (consisting of a underskirt and a overskirt/apron) they simply referred to as "Frilled double skirt". The fabric is beautifully lustrous, while not in any way being shiny, and in a balanced shade of dark wine red, neither too light nor too pink-leaning. The waist ties of the apron are somewhat wrinkled, but can be straightened out by buyer after the shipping process.
