Early era Sheglit skirt with removable shoulder straps. Wear it with out without the straps for different looks!

Shirring and corset lacing at the back, decorative buttons on the front. Waist per lolibrary 64 cm, but has lots of room to expand. Goes to about 30 inches fully stretched, so best for those with a waist of 29 inches or less.

Great condition, not worn by me.
