Works great with a 45cm petticoat, or even none for an EGA look.
Waist ties are detachable. There is partial shirring in the back, I'm not sure what the maximum waist is but I can check on request.

Hi there! The maximum waist is about 78-80cm when laid flat, I would recommend being a bit under these measurements for comfort. Shipping to Montreal would be $18CAD. Thanks for your interest!
