Hello! These are new in packaging.  This is only for one pair of socks. When you purchase, please send me a message with the color you would like.  If you would like both colors, I can sell them for $22 plus $3 shipping for US.  I would not recommend these for plus sizes or larger calfs, as they don't have a ton of stretch.  Please let me know if you have any questions :)
