Considering it’s age, this skirt is in great condition, but there are some signs of wear.  The elastic in the waistband has lost its stretch.  There is some slight discoloration on the waistband, but it’s pale enough that I couldn’t get it to show in photos.  There is also a black mark on the body of the skirt.  I never wore the skirt and did not clean it so I don’t know if it will come out with washing.  There are no waist ties.  However, as the skirt is solid and the waist ties are just white, I can make a replacement pair if desired.  Please keep in mind that this will delay shipping as I will need to obtain fabric and make them, which will have to be on the weekend as I work full time during the week.  Please let me know if you would like the replacement waist ties upon purchase.
