It was missing the detachable waist ties and had some tiny stains on the bow when I bought it (shown in pictures). I haven’t tried to get it out but I don’t think it would be too hard. Only worn once by me, not sure about the previous owner. Except for the flaws  mentioned it’s in good condition! Shipping will be a separate & calculated upon purchase.
