Do you know the length of the top of the skirt to the shortest bit and the longest bit? like length is between xxcm to xxcm?

Sorry for the delay, from the top of the waist to the shortest point is 40cm/16in, to the longest point is 76cm/30in.
The distance between the hem is 36cm/14in
