A jsk and a sk from Chinese indie brand called Sing a Lullaby for You.
The set is called "the Circus". This set is divided into two part, including a navy jsk with pompom and a white skirt with circus print.
I really love the waist tie with stars on the jsk.
You may wear them together as a set or you may wear them separately with a different match.
I really love circus theme, so I bought this set, but sadly it does not fit me.
(If you do purchase it, remember to wash the navy part separately. So other clothes will not be discolored.)

Navy jsk: The length is 91-95cm (36-37.5 inches), the bust is about 86-102cm (34-40 inches), the waist is about 72-82cm (28-34 inches).
White sk: The length is 51cm (24 inches), the waist is about 72-122cm (28-48 inches).
The measurement may not be 100% accurate because it's done by myself.
I will ship by using USPS. I can do combine shipping.
I do not have any kinds of pet and I do not smoke.

Does the measurement of the bust account for the shifting or was it measured laying flat?

I'm sorry I think I what I'm trying to ask is if the shirring adds more length to the 40cm bust because of the stretchable back.
