It is like new, the tag was never removed. I purchased this on closet child and the measurements are from the website. There is a stain on the lace portion, visible on the stock photo, but in real life I can't even find it. Even so, I marked it as minor damage. There are velvet waist ties and a zipper in the back. The collar is velvet as well. The lace is kind of fragile, I wouldn't do any rough activities while wearing it. The sleeves flair out a little and have faux peal buttons on them. The photos are two different colors because I photographed the dress at different times of the day.
