This dress has seen some use by both me and it's previous owner. The ruffles in the back are wrinkled from storage and there are a few tiny pulls here and there. Waist ties are included, I hung them over the collar and didn't realize they didn't photograph well until now. I have two dogs who are not allowed near my wardrobe and will do my best to ensure no dog hair makes it into the shipping process.
