Sentaro blouse - bought from taobao but didn't go with the dress I originally bought it for and I don't have much other need for it.
Free waist - but would recommend shoulders for Uk14 max. Comes with a detachable jabot. Wrist cuffs are stretchy and can be moved, sleeve measured at armpit is 16cm flat.

The flat measurement is 16cm (so 32cm round) - there's a tiny bit of give but I don't think it'd go as far as 44 I'm afraid. :(
