Gorgeous and amazingly well made blouse, but unfortunately not my size. The blouse has a high waist fit and has elastic at the waistline (there is no elastic at the neckline). The 'wrist cuffs' are detachable elastic cuffs that can be worn over the sleeves to limit how far up you want the billowy effect, or on your actual wrists under the sleeves. The torso portion has an inner lining, so it can be worn without worrying about it being too sheer. Please take note of the measurements before purchasing! Worn photos are from the original listing.
