Blouse is from Sentaro, and includes their matching removable collar. Blouse is suggested for a smaller size despite being sold as 'free size', as the arms are a little short and I think the arm holes are not as forgiving as Sentaro's other free size blouses. The fabric feels very nice though. New without tag, purchased directly and tried on once.
