This is a 2002 Innocent World set. The cutsew and skirt are still in great condition for their age, but the top button in the skirt has an eyelet that is no longer in great condition (see 4th picture)
The set is in Lavender and has very nice white lace.

The measurements for the cutsew are:
110 cm max on bust
100 cm max waist
The measurement for the skirt is
60-74 cm waist, personally due to the damage, I would not exceed 66 cm.
