not sure of the size (free size i think) but has an elastic bottom and is comfy. i've had this since before i was into lolita but i just don't have anything that matches it so i'm trying to get rid of it now. for reference, the elastic/shirred bit at the bottom is about 30cm across, and can stretch to 1.5x that length.
