Cute casual lolita dress from the Japanese brand Secret Honey. Bought from a few years back but never worn, no damages or discolorations. This design is currently no longer in production. Still has the tag on.
Size should fit Asian Small to Asian medium. Has elastic for waist part so it can fit a larger range of sizes. The size on the tag is listed as size 2. I am between an Asian Medium to Asian Large and it fit me perfectly when tried on.

Unfortunately I think it would be too small! This has elastic so it can fit a bigger range of sizes but I would say it would fit Asian Smalls or Mediums, maybe the lower range of Large. The widest part of the front of the bust measures 43cm flat.
