This cutsew from Secret Honey is the cutest thing but I just have too many things similar to it! The main body is made of a stretchy ribbed fabric, and the collar is a thicker cotton material. The sleeves and bow at the neckline are made from soft polka-dotted tulle fabric. The bow on the front is detachable (but it's really cute and fluffy so I don't know why you'd want to!)
2nd hand but in great condition.

Bust: 33-40" (could probably stretch a bit bigger even!)
Waist: 30-40"
