This blouse is from the baby set secret air mail from sweet kitty. I've worn it several times and there is a feeling of wear. It's more of an off white color than a true blue white. The collar area is a little yellowed on the inside and there is a tiny faint makeup stain (see photo of collar closeup it's right where the 2 collars join in the front near the neck)
