Since they're kinda heavy, shipping would be $9 for Priority Mail 2-Day. I wear a 9, and these fit perfectly in the foot itself, but the straps were too short on the left one cause that foot is kind of thicker (both shoes I've got posted did that, so it's me not the shoes). I'll be happy to measure them for you if needed. But yes, I say they're pretty true to size.

I wear a standard 9 and these fit a little big on me, so they're not narrow. As far as the straps, they've got an adjustable buckle with about an extra inch at the end where you could create another hole if they are too short to close.
