This is a great chiffon bolero by the Taobao brand, Magic Tea Party. Includes a detachable bow, and closes with a hook and eye. I'm the first owner, and tried on once after receiving it, to find out it didn't fit. Ideal for petite girls, it measures flat 16" across the bust.
