Dissatisfaction with the item for other reasons (not what you expected, manufacturer quality standards, fit issues, etc.) will not be my responsibility. I am not responsible for lost or damaged packages that are not insured. I ship most items with USPS First Class or Priority Mail domestically, depending on weight and value, but please let me know if you want to add extra insurance or use a different shipping method and I will try my best to accommodate. To reduce waste, I generally do not use tissue paper and often reuse packaging materials.
