Waist unstretched is 39 cm, fully stretched is 50 cm. These are flat measurements.
Pit to pit max is 53 cm flat, but again it can accommodate a larger bust.
No issues as I can see, tried on once and then stored.
It’s not super sheer, but I do recommend wearing perhaps an undershirt with it or at least a neutral toned bra.
