Cute sailor dress with an anime-ish military style in the 'khaki' colorway. Very cute!
Purchased from LM, in good condition. Worn twice. Missing the little loop thing that holds the scarf in place, but it should be doable to DIY one. Pleats can be re-steamed for a cute effect.
As an aside, I will be selling this beret in khaki ( https://lolibrary.org/items/meta-sailor-beret-with-patch ) which matches the greens, but is white rather than cream color. It is available as an add-on if you purchase this dress for $30.
