In the Starlight was a USA based indie brand that closed in 2009. I'd say this set is about 10-12 years old. I only wore it maybe 2 or 3 times. It's just been sitting in storage for years. Now that I have returned to wearing lolita it does not fit me anymore. It's still in great condition with minimal signs of use. Just needs a little ironing. The lace is a pure white.
This was custom made for my measurements at the time I bought it, which were 36in bust and 28in waist.

The bow on the skirt is also detachable.

There is no stretch to the fabric, so I would not recommend this for anyone above the measurements listed.

Skirt (flat measurements)
-waist: 14in
-length: 20in

Bolero (flat measurements)
-armpit to armpit: 18.5 in
-arm cuff: 5.75in
