i got this set from taobao the skirt is a size XL (waist 77cm) which features (little bit of shirring and a lace to make it tighter) sadly the bows were removed from the skirt that’s how it came to me when i first got it (i do have the bows to the skirt) the jacket does have the bow tie and it’s a size L
