Flat by construction, discoloured (more prominent than on photos), stretched out, piling on the lining, fraying, teared seams on the lining tiers and tiers on the waistband. All around sad condition. Works above a crinoline to even out the shape or underneath like an LL skirt or similar. This was my first brand item in 2012, it was in pretty bad shape already then and have not recovered since. Have not been touched since 2019.
