Lolita 3 tier hoopskirt with ruffle details. Check the 3rd photo to see what it looks like under a dress. Still in excellent condition and can be twisted /folded for storage when nor in use. Elastic waistband.

From a Taobao brand, but can't remember which shop.

Waistband is a different color (ivory) compared to the rest of the hoopskirt (white) - see last photo. I’m not sure if it’s staining, aged fabric, or if the seamstress just used a different color fabric
