Ruffle sleeve bolero in black I bought off Lolita Collective about a year ago. 
I absolutely love this bolero but I'm leaving lolita and thought someone else would appreciate it more than me. 
It's made of a sheer material which is PERFECT for hot weather. It has a great quality thick rose lace which is all over the piece.
The sleeve is a little short but it's meant to fit that way.

The bust is listed on the site to be 90 cm, but I found with my bust being 102, it fits comfortably. 
The shoulder width is 39 cm flat. 
I have larger upper arms and the sleeves fit comfortably on me.
