Ruby Princes Lolita Black Bat Overskirt
Selling this black Ruby Princess Lolita bat overskirt. It was advertised as a cape as well but I didn't sit well on me for that purpose so I would recommend using it as an overskirt. It stretches to 100 cm. Last picture is it in an ad from the shop on a dress.
