Unworn by me but I purchased it secondhand.
The velour/velveteen is in excellent condition. Only issue is that one of waist tie buttons was missing when I bought it so i used spare button from another dress. My only options were transparent or solid pink buttons so I went with the transparent button (spare from my candy sprinkle jsk). Also, the tassels on the brooch and the waist ties are a bit of a mess and I'm unsure of how to fix it. I didnt mind it but be aware if this will be a huge issue for you.
USPS has recently increased their prices for their priority mail box options so my shipping prices reflect that.

I am located in USA. I TEMPORARILY MOVED BACK HOME DUE TO SCHOOL and my dad DOES smoke however he does not smoke indoors and smokes far from the house. We also do not open our windows for this reason because the rest of my family hates the smell and do our best to avoid that secondhand smoke smell. All my lolita has been securely stored in airtight boxes and will continue to be until I decided I want to leave the fashion entirely.
